In an interview for the Swedish National TV documentary film: 'Japan Best Hit TV' the Japan-based American producer/actor Rob Pongi talks about some of the history and the current state of Japanese comedy TV in Japan. The full-length documentary film Japan Best Hit TV includes this interview with Rob Pongi and also features several other Japanese luminaries including the comedy team of "Downtown", the popular boy band: "V6" and the legendary Mino Monta This short documentary was aired on prime time, nationwide television in Sweden in March 2007 and is now in rerun.
